European Union, Sweden & Norway (EU / SE / NO)
All customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unmounted and in its original condition
- All labels and tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
We do not accept returns of used, installed or unwrapped items.
How to Make a Return

Please include your order number and full name. - Once your return is approved, carefully repack the item in its original packaging.
- Further shipping instructions will be provided once we confirm your return.
Please note:
- Returns must be approved by us in advance.
- We are not obliged to issue a refund until the products have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
- If you have paid for shipping, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Fee
A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received:
- EUR 29
- SEK 99
- NOK 299
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Credit card and PayPal payments are refunded within five business days after processing.
- Klarna invoices will be updated once the return is completed.
Australia, United States & Rest of World (outside EU)

You book and pay for the return shipment with a carrier of your choice.Request a return label from us
We can arrange a FedEx return label for you.
The full return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. - Repack the item securely in its original packaging before shipping.
Please note:
- Returns must be approved in advance.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items (All Markets)
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately and include clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve the matter.
