We recommend using a base of at least 30 kg for all of our umbrellas.
Please also ensure that the pole diameter of the base matches your umbrella. Our umbrella pole is 36mm in diameter.
No, all of our garden hoses are supplied in a standard length of 20 metres.
If you require a longer hose, we offer a Connector Extension, allowing you to join two or more hoses together.
If you need a shorter hose, it can easily be cut to your preferred length using a sharp pair of scissors.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk folder, as tracking emails can occasionally end up there.
Please note that if your order contains a pre-order item, the delivery time will differ from our standard shipping times. The estimated dispatch date is always shown on the relevant product page.
